1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Click to Launch browser extension, website (clicktolaunch.app), or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Click to Launch is a browser extension that allows users to create tokens on Solana-based platforms (including pump.fun and bags.fm) directly from web content. The Service also includes integrated token swapping via Jupiter, creator fee claiming, and a public leaderboard.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Wallet and Transactions

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Solana wallet and private keys.
• All blockchain transactions are irreversible. Click to Launch is not responsible for any lost funds, failed transactions, or incorrect token launches.
• You acknowledge that token creation and trading carry financial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.

5. Fees

• Token launches incur a fee of 0.02 SOL (0.0195 SOL platform fee + 0.0005 SOL gas).
• Swaps (buys and sells) incur a 0.25% fee per transaction.
• Creator fee claims incur a 0.005 SOL service fee.
• Fees are subject to change with notice posted on the website.

6. Leaderboard

The leaderboard tracks launches, swap volume, and fee claims. Points are calculated automatically. Leaderboard data is public. If you verify your X (Twitter) account, your handle will be displayed publicly alongside your activity.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Create tokens that infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Manipulate the leaderboard through fraudulent or automated activity.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Impersonate other users or falsely claim identity verification.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including pump.fun, bags.fm, Jupiter, Phantom wallet, and the Solana blockchain. Click to Launch is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click to Launch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be posted on the website.
