2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Wallet address — Your public Solana wallet address when you connect your wallet.
• Social account handles — Your X (Twitter), Kick, or GitHub username if you choose to link them for creator rewards or leaderboard display.
• Verified X account — If you verify your X account via OAuth, we store your verified handle linked to your wallet address.

Information collected automatically:

• Transaction data — Token launches, swaps, and fee claims made through the Service, including transaction signatures, amounts, and timestamps.
• Leaderboard activity — Aggregated launch counts, trading volume, and fee earnings used to calculate leaderboard rankings.

Information we do NOT collect:

• Private keys or seed phrases
• Browsing history or page content outside of the specific post data you choose to launch as a token
• Personal information such as name, email, phone number, or physical address
• X (Twitter) posts, DMs, followers, or any data beyond your public username

3. How We Use Your Information

• To facilitate token launches, swaps, and fee claims on your behalf.
• To display your activity on the public leaderboard.
• To verify your X account ownership for leaderboard identity display.
• To track transaction history within the extension for your convenience.

4. Data Storage

• Extension data (wallet address, creator accounts, transaction history) is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This data stays on your device.
• Leaderboard data (wallet address, verified handle, aggregated activity) is stored on Cloudflare Workers KV, a globally distributed key-value store.
• Individual event records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Aggregated statistics are retained.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Public leaderboard — Your wallet address (or verified X handle) and aggregated activity statistics are displayed publicly.
• Blockchain — All transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public by nature.
• Third-party services — Transaction data is sent to pump.fun, bags.fm, or Jupiter as required to execute your requested operations.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with:

• Phantom and Solflare wallets
• pump.fun and bags.fm token platforms
• Jupiter aggregator for token swaps
• X (Twitter) OAuth for identity verification
• Solana blockchain RPC providers

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

7. Cookies

Our website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. The extension does not inject cookies into any website.

8. Your Rights

• You can disconnect your wallet at any time by removing the extension or clearing its storage.
• You can unlink your X account from the leaderboard.
• Leaderboard data associated with your wallet can be removed upon request by contacting us.

9. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
